Ned Flanders could be a devout JW the way he calls Elder Love Joy on every little problem he has and love joy when he gets another call from Ned he says to his wife " what did Ned do now? step on a worm?" Or when Ned says I think I might be coveting my own wife.

pioneer hours now 70 hours.. Since we are sooo close to the end now shoundt the pioneers be doing more then less? ( this arangement was to allow more to enter the pioneer ranks) I dont think it did. why dont those that can only do 70hours just do 70 hours. Do they need the title of pioneer?
Also what I have noticed is existing pioneers that were doing 90 hours are now only putting in 70 hours. It shows they are serving man and not god. If they could do 90hours before why only do 70 now?

for most of us we were never allowed to explore our full potential growing up.
never knowing if we could have been a great football player playing for the nfl or perhaps an actor or musician or even a doctor or lawyer.

yes, if you still have time.... I feel sad for the elderly ones....IF you are still young you may be able to change your course and can still make life a success.....but as time moves on and you get older you may have missed certain opportunites how sad..... you just can't turn back time

I guess what I am trying to say is either your beleived in Jehovah and feared displeasing him or you didn't.
If you did not beleive in Jehovah then you would do what ever you desired to do
or
You believe in Jehovah but you started to think is this Jehovah's organization?. Perhaps after many years donating your time you realize you wasted this time and spent this time supporting a Publishing empire.

What did you think of that study a few weeks ago when the israelities returned to Jeruslum ( my spelling has gotton so bad ) and they showed that scripture of the lame walking and the deaf hearing to apply to a spirtitual state . I thought we use to use this scripture to show people the future paradise?

Why Jehovah is not using the GB

1) 1914 - some would still be alive when jehovah brings the end - this has changed.

3) king of the north Russia will end. how? when Jehovah brings an end to the system. I bet they never thought in a million years the Berlin wall would come down
Also a whole bunch of other reasons to.
They are beginning to realize after being wrong so many times that maybe they shoundt predict the future any longer. case in point the BS study of the Daniel Book at the end of the book do we learn something new..No . It says it would be unwise to speculate. In other words lets see what happens first and then find a scripture to support what just happened.
Sometimes at meetings they will mention ( not that they are wrong) but they had a wrong expectation of the end. Then they quote the apostles asking Jesus when will be the sign of his presense. So most JW's say ok that makes sence.....Hold on a sec...The apostles did not say to Jesus we have been preaching for the last 6 months that the end is coming in this year and then Jesus told them that it was incorrect..no the apostles approached Jesus privatley and asked him before they went out explaining these things
Likewise when the GB gets together they would pray to Jehovah for his holy spirit when they all feel the same answer to a question they should publish it. If they are incorrect as they have been how can we trust anything they say..why would Jehovah lie. How much more so in this time of END
